FAQs

Can I have a poster once it has been taken down?

Posters remain the property of the advertiser and we’re unable to give them out. Once campaigns have finished, posters are removed and recycled. 

I need to confirm your bank details to set you up as a supplier. What should I do?

For security reasons, we do not confirm bank details via general email enquiries. Please submit a Finance & Billing enquiry via our contact form and a member of our Finance team will respond directly. 

I’m carrying out works near a bus shelter or advertising site. Who should I contact?

If you’re working on behalf of a council, highways authority or contractor and need to discuss access, services or planned works near one of our sites, please submit details via our contact form. Include the full location and any relevant reference numbers. 

I own land or a building and would like to discuss advertising on my property.

If you’re interested in hosting a JCDecaux advertising site, please contact us via the 'Become a Landlord' enquiry form and include the property address and any relevant details. 

I’d like to apply for a job or request an employment reference.

How can my charity apply for free advertising space?

We receive a high number of requests for charitable support. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we operate the JCDecaux Community Channel, which provides charities and not-for-profit organisations with access to free advertising space. You can apply here: https://www.jcdecaux.co.uk/jcdecaux-community-channel 

I’ve noticed damage, lighting issues or maintenance problems on a bus shelter or advertising site.

Please report the issue via our contact form and include: Exact location; A description of the issue; A photo (if possible). This helps our maintenance team resolve it as quickly as possible. 

 

I’m looking for subcontracting or supplier opportunities.

Can I buy one of your advertising boards or structures?

Our advertising structures are not available for private sale. If you are interested in advertising space, please contact our Sales team. 

Can you tell me what advert was displayed at a specific location or time?

We’re unable to provide historical advertising records for specific sites or dates. If you’re looking to advertise, please contact our Sales team.
