Our vision is to deliver world class outdoor advertising products and to ensure that the performance of our activities continually reflect our standards of excellence. This objective is supported by our Quality Policy, to provide a high level of service and quality to customers and assure them that the services they receive will be acceptable and satisfy applicable requirements and standards. We train staff to perform their duties to the highest standards and regularly review performance to ensure that objectives are achieved, and the effectiveness of our Quality Management System is continually improving.
We are an accredited member of the Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS) and also a member of the SAFE contractor scheme as a client and contractor. As such, we require all contractors to be SAFE contractor accredited.
Group wide social policy
The second pillar of our social priorities aims to implement a group wide social policy. With operations in over 70 countries, we have established a common social values framework aimed at all employees and formalised by the Code of Ethics which defines the code of conduct when doing business and our International Charter of Fundamental Social Values which formalises the Group’s commitment in terms of human rights and summarises the basic rights of employees.
