JCDecaux UK signs the Armed Forces Covenant

JCDecaux UK has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, strengthening our commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community, including service leavers, reservists, veterans, and their families.

The Covenant is a promise to ensure that members of the Armed Forces community are treated with fairness in the workplace and wider society. By signing, JCDecaux UK joins a growing number of employers committed to becoming Forces-friendly - supporting members of the Reserve Forces, offering flexibility to families of serving personnel, and promoting inclusive employment practices.

Signing the Covenant is a proud moment for us. It’s a chance to formally recognise the great contributions of the Armed Forces. Their values closely align with ours, and we’re committed to supporting them through meaningful employment and inclusive workplace policies.

Carly Stanley

Chief People Officer, JCDecaux UK

This is a personal and proud moment. As a veteran myself, I know how important it is for service leavers to find organisations that truly understand and appreciate the unique skills we bring. By signing the Covenant, we’re backing our words with action.

Roy McGraa

Director of HSEQ & Sustainability, JCDecaux UK

JCDecaux UK’s commitment aligns with many of our advertising partners who have already pledged their support, and we look forward to championing opportunities for Armed Forces personnel across the country.
