JCDecauxLive deployed an experiential campaign at Shoreditch High Street tube station for the first ever ‘Day of the Ex-Smoker’ that was celebrated across Europe to congratulate ex-smokers and those who are in the process of quitting.
As part of a 3 year European no smoking campaign, a large ‘X’ covered in flowers was positioned on the station concourse.
Passengers were encouraged to congratulate an ex-smoker by picking a flower from the cross to give to someone who used to smoke or who is quitting. Throughout the day staff were signing people up to iCoach, the free online health coach, whilst also giving away campaign merchandise.
Complementing this experiential campaign, for two weeks the station has been branded in vinyl creatives that promote no smoking.
