At a JCDecaux Peer Awards’ event held in London on 6 March 2019 and attended by all the Peer Awards’ finalists and JCDecaux’s UK Board, the 7 Peer Awards’ winners were announced. 

At a JCDecaux Peer Awards’ event held in London on 6 March 2019 and attended by all the Peer Awards’ finalists and JCDecaux’s UK Board, the 7 Peer Awards’ winners were announced. 

The Peer Awards are JCDecaux UK’s annual internal awards, in which colleagues nominate their peers in categories matching the company values, including: quality of service, team spirit, creativity and sustainability. The 7 Peer Award winners will receive a prize of an exciting trip to New York later this year to celebrate their success and to inspire colleagues to nominate their peers in the future.

Natasha Adams, People Director hosted the awards said, “Congratulations to all our 15 finalists from across the business - all nominated by your peers, championed by your Director and selected by our Co-CEO’s Spencer Berwin and Philip Thomas.  Each of you has gone above and beyond and made a significant difference not only to the business, but also the working lives of your peers. Congratulations to you all.”
 
The Peer Award winners are:

Paula Ballesteros
For creativity in the Brand Gap project, creating outstanding design assets for this key research project.
 
Robert Clasper
For going above and beyond to nurture an inclusive culture at JCDecaux UK, bringing people together for social and charitable events as a ‘One Team’ champion.
 
Eleanor Greszczuk
For her role working with stakeholders in the Rail division of JCDecaux’s business and for playing a part in the delivery of innovative campaigns such as Jurassic World.
 
Tyler Skerton
For his outstanding work in JCDecaux Airport’s team, working across key projects at Heathrow.
 
Benjamin Smith
For design excellence including his work on the ‘Possibility Guaranteed’ proposition for JCDecaux Airport.
 
Kate Tovey
For supporting the sustainability of the business and communities internally and externally, and championing change and social impact.
 
Tomasz Wierzbicki
For championing excellence in the London Operations team, benefitting colleagues, the wider team and clients.
  
Championed by the Co-CEOs, Philip Thomas and Spencer Berwin, The Peer Awards are now in their second year and have become the awards highlight of JCDecaux UK’s year – with nominations received from every part of the business.
