Today it has been announced that JCDecaux Airport UK has been shortlisted for ‘Best Custom Research Project’ at the Media Research Awards 2016 for the fantastic ‘Perceived Value’ research piece.
The other shortlisted research projects for this award include Mindshare’s ‘Unilever Video Effectiveness Study’; BBC’s ‘Blurred Lines’ and News UK’s ‘Project Footprint’. Hosted by Mediatel, these prestigious awards recognise and celebrate those organisations and individuals that are driving innovation and development in UK media research.
‘Perceived Value’ was initially launched to the market at JCDA’s ‘World of Possibility’ event back in 2014, followed by the B2B section which launched this summer.
The research project essentially proves the hypothesis that the airport transfers a perceived value onto any brand in the airport environment. A brand advertising in the airport will potentially be thought of as prestigious, and of higher value.
The Media Research Awards are set to take place on the 11th of February 2016 at Banking Hall in central London.
