We care about our sustainability commitments
Choosing to care through a commitment to tread lightly, minimising our environmental footprint through keeping environmental responsibility at the heart of all our activities.

We care about diversity & inclusion
Our Difference Matters D&I initiative is helping to build a diverse business where everyone is welcome.
We work with myGwork and have a new partnership with Brixton Finishing School as part of our commitment to recruiting and retaining young, diverse talent.
Our programme of talks and training ensures our people are committed to this vision.

Thanh CatachanasI joined the Difference Matters Group because I wanted to be the change that I want to see in the world. This is an opportunity for me to share my views and experiences and in turn, learn from the experiences and views of others, too. JCDecaux, like many other organisations, is on a journey to make our working environment a more diverse, inclusive and representative one.. My hope is that we create a culture that celebrates, our diversity and that way we can keep learning, helping everyone to feel valued, have a platform to really thrive and achieve together.

We care about Minds Matter
Our Minds Matter programme ensures that JCDecaux is a place where people can reach out for support with any mental health or wellbeing needs.
We actively promote looking after the wellbeing of ourselves and those around us, with no stigma around mental health. We have trained 35 members of the team as Mental Health Support champions, representing 7% of our team.
Carly StanleyI really wanted to do something that would reach out and positively impact more colleagues. Making sure we’ve got more knowledge, more support, less stigma, I hope will enable people to bring their true selves to work.
People Director

Mark BucknellIt’s really important for JCDecaux to talk about this in an authentic and credible way. It’s important in my role within the business to talk about it in an open way and hopefully encourage others to do the same.
