JCDecaux UK has announced the latest addition to its digital rail portfolio with the launch of a new Transvision screen at Reading station, strengthening the network to 29 screens across 19 stations nationwide. 

The Transvision network comprises of full-motion digital screens strategically placed within high dwell-time areas of rail stations to maximise engagement with passengers.


The latest installation at Reading station, situated on the Transfer Deck and positioned next to the main CIS display, forms part of JCDecaux UK’s wider objective to install large format digital screens in the busiest rail stations nationwide. With people now beginning to return to their offices, forecasted delivery across JCDecaux UK’s rail channel for 21 June is 1.17 billion fortnightly viewed impressions1.

Reading’s proximity to the UK’s global hub airport, Heathrow, and excellent connectivity to London is a key attraction for businesses, with 13 of the world’s top 30 brands based in the region, including: Microsoft, PepsiCo, Cisco, Oracle Corporation and Prudential2.

One of the biggest events in the world music calendar, Reading Festival, has already sold out ahead of its scheduled return on the August bank holiday weekend, hosting 90,000+ music fans.
