JCDecaux UK has today announced it is partnering with Hertility and Parent Promise to offer their colleagues and their partners industry leading family friendly benefits. These partnerships are part of a wider package of enhanced benefits that support JCDecaux UK colleagues in achieving their personal and work goals at all stages of their life.

The partnership with Hertility will give JCDecaux UK colleagues access to progressive reproductive health care benefits; including an online health assessment and at-home blood test which can screen for reproductive and hormonal health issues and streamline employees to specialist care. The partnership with Parent Promise will help to support expectant colleagues and parents including giving them access to 1-2-1 midwife support eight hours a day.

Hertility’s ‘at home’ blood test provided can support colleagues to identify hormonal changes, such as menopause and fertility information. This information can help our colleagues make informed decisions about their health and access any support they may need, including specialist care.

Last year, we partnered with JCDecaux to use the power of the public screen to open up the conversation about hormones and fertility. To now be empowering their staff to be able to take control of their own reproductive health, just a year later, is incredibly exciting and the sort of pace of change that the workplace desperately needs. JCDecaux’s commitment to reproductive health screening, education and policy review will make them the first Out-Of-Home media employer to become Reproductively ResponsibleTM, supporting their workforce all the way from menstruation through menopause.  Parent Promise was created to support expectant colleagues and parents in the workplace. This partnership will give JCDecaux UK colleagues access to a midwife eight hours a day, seven days a week via WhatsApp, monthly wellbeing check ins from their midwives, and monthly deliveries of wellbeing boxes.
