The JCDecaux Community Channel is once again proud to support The Felix Project’s winter appeal, bringing its powerful message about the invisibility of hunger to billboards across London this Christmas and New Year. Throughout December and into early January 2026, the campaign will appear on digital screens across the capital, helping to raise awareness and support at a time when many families are under severe financial pressure.
The campaign creatives feature children wearing t‑shirts with striking slogans such as “So Hungry it Hurts” and “To Bed Without Dinner Again”, while others show a Felix volunteer delivering a basket of fresh, healthy food. Together, they highlight both the need for support and the practical difference The Felix Project makes every day.
Research from The Felix Project revealed that 1 in 4 (23%) working parents have had to turn to a food bank in the last year to ensure they can feed their children, and 41% are skipping meals or buying less for themselves.
Tanya MitchellThe cost-of-living crisis is not going away and this winter it is leaving more and more people, many of whom are working full time jobs, facing having to choose between heating and eating. These figures are a dreadful insight into how tough things are and how much the work of The Felix Project is needed. We are so grateful to JCDecaux for their support in helping raise awareness of the charity and what we are doing to help rescue food and feed those facing this terrible situation.

Chris DooleyWe are proud to once again support The Felix Project and their vital campaign, which shines a light on the many people in London who are in urgent need of food. The JCDecaux Community Channel was created to open up access to Out-of-Home for communities and charitable initiatives, and I’m pleased that our partnership with The Felix Project will help their message be seen across the capital this winter.
