Spire Healthcare is the first sponsor of the ‘Channel Edinburgh’ editorial

Spire Healthcare, the brand behind the Edinburgh Hospitals Murrayfield and Shawfair Park has agreed an innovative month-long sponsorship of ‘Channel Edinburgh’ content, created by JCDecaux across digital screens in the capital. From 13 June, Spire Healthcare branding will introduce the entertainment listings, business, sports and weather updates across screens in Princes Street, Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Airport. The sponsorship underlines Spire Healthcare’s investment in health, technology, innovation and service to the public.

Spire Healthcare is the first sponsor of the ‘Channel Edinburgh’ editorial, which was launched by JCDecaux, in partnership with Press Association (PA) in April 2017. Delivered dynamically to screens, the editorial champions the City of Edinburgh, keeping the public up-to-date with the latest business news, weather and entertainment in the capital. In addition to branded content sponsorship, Spire Healthcare has booked a campaign on Transvision at Edinburgh Waverley.

Spire Healthcare’s sponsorship campaign will see the editorial feature Spire Healthcare branding and two creative messages. ‘Innovation in hip and knee joint replacements’ will underline the use of robotic technology to aid surgeons in their work, with faster associated accuracy and recovery times while ‘Why wait for healthcare?’ will promote flexible treatment dates and payment for one-off treatments. All weather updates will include the messaging, ‘Looking after you rain or shine’.
