JCDecaux have been a longstanding partner of Justdiggit who are inspiring people to start regreening and cool down our planet. This campaign communicates the impact of nature-based solutions in sub–Saharan Africa. Justdiggit inspire, educate, and empower millions of subsistence farmers and pastoralists in Africa to start regreening their own land, improving their livelihoods and benefitting all of us.
Stuart TaylorWe have worked in partnership with JCDecaux UK for a while now and we are delighted to be part of their new programme to support not-for profit causes in the UK, The Community Channel. Being part of this initiative will make a real difference by raising awareness for the work we do through their national OOH network. If we bring back nature by applying cost-effective nature-based solutions, we can mitigate global warming by 37%. By restoring degraded land, we deliver practical, cost effective and scalable programmes in East Africa. The benefits include improving livelihoods, restoring ecosystems, bringing back wildlife and cooling down the planet. We have been really impressed by the desire of the team at JCDecaux to get involved in our mission.
