Miele, the German premium domestic appliance manufacturer is launching an outdoor advertising campaign to promote the incredible cleaning power of its vacuum cleaners. The campaign with JCDecaux was planned and booked by The Media Shop and Posterscope. The creative agency was The Brand Nursery.
The Monster Suction adverts will be placed in key sites around the country with an expected reach of 25 million ABC1 consumers. JCDecaux’s sites include, The Clapham Colossus at Clapham Junction, The Trafford Arch in Manchester, the M5 Tower in Birmingham and Crane in Bristol. Banner adverts will also run on key retailer sites and in-store PoS materials will help reinforce the key message.
Dominic Worsley, marketing director for Miele says, “We are extremely proud of our vacuum cleaners, which continually come top in reviews and decided it was time to get the message out about how incredibly powerful they are. We hope this imaginative and eye-catching campaign will put Miele vacuum cleaners at the forefront of the consumer’s mind, helping to drive them into store.”
Since 1927, Miele has strived to produce the very best vacuum cleaners available. Miele vacuum cleaners use an advanced AirClean system, which picks up and seals in over 99.95% (IEC 60312) of potentially harmful dust particles and the HEPA-12 filter (an advanced 12 stage filtration system) ensures that only clean air is expelled back into the room. Miele’s advanced nine layer, HyClean filter bags are a vital component of the AirClean system and automatically close when the vacuum cleaner is operated for simple and hygienic disposal.
