This month Microsoft became the first advertiser to run a domination across the Edinburgh Airport digital lounge screens combined with a full column wrap.
The activity, part of the Office 365 campaign, capitalised on the capacity of the screens to engage both arrivals and departures passengers at the busiest airport in Scotland.
The combination of modally-relevant messaging with the visibility of the wrap created a highly effective and iconic campaign. Edinburgh Airport has recently rebranded as ‘The Gateway to Scotland’, serving over 9 million domestic and international passengers annually.
This activity connected with both markets, communicating Microsoft’s message to key exclusive and influential consumers. The Outdoor campaign with JCDecaux Airport was planned and booked by Universal McCann, London and Rapport. The creative agency was Wunderman.
