“Aiming to make Christmas easier and that little bit more fun”, the Post Office transformed Covent Garden into a ‘Christmas Stamp Shop’ at the weekend, complete with an interactive and festive experiential zone designed to ease the stress of Christmas.

As part of the ‘Christmas Stamp Shop’ experiential tour, the Post Office took over the media space at Covent Garden in a two day experiential campaign with JCDecauxLive from Friday 13th December.

Consumers were invited to buy their stamps at the Christmas Stamp Shop and have their photo taken in the ‘Christmas Wishing Forest’, which could then be added to their own sheet of personalised ‘Smilers’ stamps. Consumers could also share these Smiler pictures on Facebook and Twitter.

The campaign with JCDecauxLive was booked though Mindshare.

This activity followed a nationwide DOOH campaign, planned and booked with JCDecaux by Mindshare and Kinetic, where the Post Office helped consumers by providing updated information about the service, parcel collection and its extended opening hours over the festive season.
