FRAMES MEASURED
Audiences are calculated using Route’s bespoke research, providing a nationally representative sample with GPS devices and analysing their movements over a 2 week period.
GPS data is then combined with other sources of volumetric data and a Traffic Intensity Model.
The volumes are augmented using results from eye tracking studies which determine the proportion of those passing a frame who view it. A number of different factors affect this value including the size of the frame, the distance between the consumer and the frame and the angle it is viewed from.
