For the launch of the highly anticipated Lego Batman movie, Warner Bros., JCDecaux and Kinetic created several fantastic special build billboards to celebrate and promote the release.
The billboards, which launched on January 30, each featured a giant, near 5 metre-high 2D Lego Batman with glaring, backlit eyes for an unmissable effect during the winter evenings. Each creative features the message “Relax everybody, I’m here” alongside the movie logo and release date (February 10).
The campaign ran in three prime locations: London Hackney, North Circular Road, Manchester Arena and on several other Out-of-Home sites around the UK.
Lee Madine, Senior Project Manager – Creative Solutions, JCDecaux UK, said: “This is a simple but effective way of utilising creative solutions in Out-of-Home to produce an eye-catching and memorable ad.”
The campaign, booked through JCDecaux by Kinetic, was live until February 12th.
