When booking a digital campaign with JCDecaux, as standard it is assumed that one piece of copy will run per booking or artwork will run in equal rotation, creative deadline for linear campaigns is 5 working days prior to in charge. Complex scheduling is not presumed at the time of booking. Should notification & confirmation not be forthcoming 5 working days prior to live date JCDecaux reserves the right to reject the schedule/artwork without liability.
Therefore it is imperative that campaigns with complex scheduling requests are approved by JCDecaux at least 5 working days in advance of the campaign if any of the following applies:
- There are more than 14 pieces of copy per 2 weeks per format (additional copy is charged at £120 net)
- That copy will not be delivered 5 working days before the campaign is live (late copy must be agreed by the digital team and is not guaranteed to be scheduled if nor previously agreed prior to the 5 working day limit)
- Copy needs to be scheduled out of the working day (9am -5.30pm) additional charges will apply
- Out of hours copy needs scheduling (contact details will be supplied and a charge of £500 net is applicable per day)
- That charges have been confirmed via email from specialist or production house
