Our incident management team are the first point of contact for all quality faults reported from our contract partners, members of the public and internal departments. We are looking for an Incident Management Coordinator to join the team in our Brentford Office.

Key responsibilities of the role -
 
  • Respond to all reported faults regarding JCDecaux assets (analogue & digital) and pass instruction to relevant departments, subcontractors, field staff and regional depots for resolution in efficient time frames.
  • Alert senior ops managers to weakness in performance needing urgent attention
  • Arranging access to permitted sites for Digital Ops Team
  • Handle complaint calls and provide customer service on Operations queries regarding any faulty assets.
  • Restore normal service operation on any faults reported as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse impact on business operations and clients, ensuring the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained
  • Compile daily reports from webops on faults and task non completion reported from the field to ensure any faults are logged and actioned 
 
What we are looking for –
 
  • A strong interest in digital media and knowledge of IT
  • A qualification in IT would be a bonus
  • Exceptional customer service skills essential as part of the role is client facing
  • Excellent administrative, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable learning and understanding new tech systems. We will provide training on our in-house systems such as SmartBRICS, Webops, Broadsign and Control Panel.
 
Hours for the role are 11:30am – 8pm or 6am to 2:30pm. The role will be mainly Monday to Friday with 1 weekend per month which is 8am – 4:30pm.
