Marriott Hotels are immersing consumers in their brand with an innovative sponsorship of the 21 Heathrow Airport Pods, the futuristic travel system that connects Heathrow Terminal 5 to the Business Parking Zone.
The initiative was planned and booked with JCDecaux Airport by MEC and Kinetic.
The campaign promotes Marriott Hotels’ worldwide portfolio and underlines the benefits of joining Marriott Rewards.
As part of the sponsorship, the exterior and interior of each of the pods were wrapped with a bespoke livery, representing the individual Marriott hotel brands. Marriott Hotels’ branding has been extended to the Pod Stations and on 11 parking bays in the Heathrow Terminal Business Car Park, reaching passengers at all points of the journey.

The pods transport 375,000 of Heathrow’s most affluent and influential passengers and are also visible to the 39% of people travelling to Heathrow Terminal 5 by road.
