To raise awareness of its new, ‘Seriously Good’ mayonnaise, Heinz has launched four special build billboards across the UK with JCDecaux’s Creative Solutions team.
The billboards - deployed in London, Manchester, Birkenhead and Glasgow - feature an unmissable, giant 3D Heinz mayonnaise jar next to the message “Upgrade Your Mayonnaise.” At 3.2m high, they are the biggest 3D builds JCDecaux UK has ever made and fitted to a site.
The food giant’s new product contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is one of the biggest launches of the year from Heinz. The special builds reflect the premium and dynamic nature of the product and audiences are left in no doubt as to the scope and scale of the product offer.
Steven Dennison, Head of Creative Solutions, JCDecaux UK said: “Heinz have chosen a fantastic way to spread the message of their new product. These four billboards, the biggest we’ve ever made and fitted, will be seen by thousands in some of the busiest cities around the UK!”
Talon’s Innovations Consultant and Campaign Project Manager Catherine Knight added: “The new Heinz Mayonnaise jars are sleek, eye catching and unique in their shape, texture and colour. As exact replicas of the jars our 3D builds are bold and at 3.2m high they will most definitely be noticeable. We are confident this campaign will stand-out as much on the street as the product does on the shelves.”
The campaign, planned and booked through JCDecaux by OMD and Talon, will be live from April 25th – 8th May. It’s part of a wider advertising plan that includes TV, digital, sampling, social media and in-store.
