The 65 inch LCD screens are the largest ever installed in bus shelters and cover virtually the entire 6-sheet advertising panel.  For the first time JCDecaux advertising columns will also carry the new digital 65 inch screens.  Creative is by Y&R and digital content is from Grand Visual. Campaign sites will include Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens, Glasgow’s Argyle Street and Birmingham’s Broad Street. The new screens can be programmed to run any kind of imagery from film clips to computer generated graphics and offer stereo sound.   Sam Bird, Head of Production and Innovation at JCDecaux said, “These are the largest screens in bus shelters and at 65 inches cover virtually the entire advertising panel. They are top of the range high definition and give enormous impact and creative flexibility for 6-sheet advertisers. We showcased this digital screen at our ‘advertising of the future’ Innovate exhibition last autumn and it is wonderful to see it come to fruition on the streets.”

The screens are the latest addition to the JCDecaux digital 6-sheet portfolio that has run over 60 digital campaigns since 2004, on screens ranging in size from 15 inches to 65 inches.
