Contract wins strengthen London and South East coverage

JCDecaux has won 6-sheet advertising contracts in the London boroughs of Harrow and Hammersmith & Fulham, following competitive tenders. With these contract wins JCDecaux offers 6-sheet advertising in 23 of London’s 33 boroughs. JCDecaux has also won a 6-sheet contract with Reigate and Banstead council in Surrey. Under the contract with Harrow Council, JCDecaux will provide 50 Community Information Panels, which will carry scrolling 6-sheet advertising on one side and community messages on the reverse. The contract was previously held by Clear Channel Outdoor.The contract with Hammersmith & Fulham Council will enable JCDecaux to offer 6-sheet advertising in busy high-street locations including Shepherds Bush Green and outside the Hammersmith Apollo. As part of the contract, JCDecaux will provide 6 Automatic Public Conveniences. JCDecaux has also won a street furniture contract with Reigate and Banstead council covering the Surrey commuter-belt towns of Reigate, Redhill, Horley and Banstead. The contract was previously held by Clear Channel Outdoor and was won by competitive tender. JCDecaux will provide 40 advertising shelters and 20 non advertising shelters. Spencer Berwin, Managing Director of Sales at JCDecaux said, “These wins are hugely significant, strengthening our London coverage and bringing JCDecaux 6-sheets into the heart of Harrow and Hammersmith.  These are great contracts to have won that will provide JCDecaux with more fantastic locations in the capital and across  the South East.”
